Contract Types with Customers:

CW-1: A contract made with the customer has following features:

  1. Plot purchase management
  2. Preparation of  house map / structure design
  3. MAP approval from CDA /authorities. Customer can choose from our ready-to-implement maps/ structure designs.
  4. Home construction with material (material specs to be agreed with the customer prior to contract sign off).
  5. Completion certificate from CDA /Authorities.
  6. Regular engineering consultancy throughout construction phase
  7. A complete turnkey solution

 CW-2: A contract made with the customer has following features:

  1. Construction on already purchased plot
  2. Preparation of  house map / structure design
  3. MAP approval from CDA /authorities. Customer can choose from our ready-to-implement maps/ structure designs.
  4. Home construction with material (material specs to be agreed with the customer prior to contract sign off).
  5. Completion certificate from CDA /Authorities.
  6. Regular engineering consultancy throughout construction phase
  7. Managing project supervision till the end

Other forms of contracts are made after mutual understanding with the customers, which can shape the contract as per the customer requirements and their financial strength.

Customer facilitation:

Regular visits are arranged by our company for all our customers within Pakistan.

Our valued customers abroad are welcomed to Pakistan on a bimonthly visit.

Constructwell shall arrange a complimentary pick and drop service for its national and international customers from the airport to the site, including a night stay at a local hotel/guest house.

Legal Documentation:

Our turnkey projects include a contract with the customer from plot buying till the key handover. We ensure that all contracts made with our customers are legal and cover all the legal formalities. Our legal department ensures the correctness of the contractual documentations to make sure that our valued customer is the actual owner of the project.

Owner of the property is physically required to sign off the original plot purchase agreements, contract(s), maps and the utility requests to the concerned authorities (like electricity, gas & water meters).

OR

In case the customer is abroad and cannot come to Islamabad, he/she may send an Authority letter in favor of their friends or relatives through proper channels.
