Investment Opportunities @ ConstructWell:

Our clients with limited finance, unable to finance a complete project, can invest in our running projects and get handsome amount per month.

We offer the investment opportunities for a short and long term periods:

Short term investments are made with lump sump amount in which you get a “handsome” amount per month, which is up to  1.75% of the invested amount. For example for a Minimum investment of 20,00,000 Rs.(payable in full) you get the profit up to 35,000 Rs. per month (for 8-10 months) and get back your invested amount (20,00,000) after 8-10 months from the investment date or after selling of the project, whichever comes first.

Long term investments gives you the percentage profit on your investment share. You invest in the total construction cost or in the plot cost as well. The total project cost is the plot and the construction cost till getting the completion certificate for the project. You can invest a turnkey project with up to 100% amount of the total project cost. If the plot is already purchased before your investment, then your investment shall be part of the construction cost only.

For example, if in 100% project cost, 40% is the total plot cost (already purchased) then 60% shall be the construction cost.Your investment shall be the part of this 60%, and you get your profit, accordingly.

Re-Investment option:

The total invested amount can also be Re-Invested (with same terms & conditions, as per the initial investment agreement) in another running project of “ConstructWell” at that time.

All investment agreements are made through legal documentations (court papers) to the satisfaction of our investors. The “Agreement” shall contain the address of the project in which the amount shall be invested. Our investors or their legal nominees are welcome to visit that project site during its construction phases, any time.
