Capital Smart City Rawalpindi

Capital Smart City comes under RDA, Rawalpindi. CSC is connected thru M2 (Lahore-Islamabad) motorway, with a future plan of connecting the society to M2 through ring road.

It is first of its kind housing society that promotes Smart Homes. This is in line with ConstructWell ‘s initiative for Home automation and to build Smart Homes for a sustainable development . Our project is a private project, while CSC only providing utilities. We are committed to build state-of-the-art Smart Home as a first Smart Home in this society.
