Per Square Feet Rates

We offer construction costs based on the square feet measurement of the total area of the to-be constructed house.

Example (for a turn key project):

25X40: total area: 2000 sq.ft X the calculated per sq.ft rate = Project total cost

25X50: total area: 2500 sq.ft X the calculated per sq.ft rate = Project total cost

30X60: total area: 3500 sq.ft X the calculated per sq.ft rate = Project total cost

35X70: total area: 4500 sq.ft X the calculated per sq.ft rate = Project total cost

40X80: total area: 5840 sq.ft X the calculated per sq.ft rate = Project total cost

50X90: total area: xxxx sq.ft X the calculated per sq.ft rate = Project total cost

Note: New bylaws from CDA (Capital Development Authority) have applied for 50×90 plot size, which shall be updated soon).
