Payment in Installments

We provide our customers with easy-to-pay payment schedules and payment modes.

Project payments can be made in four installments excluding down payment, which is 25% of the total cost and to be paid prior to starting of the project and after signing off the contract. Stages of the installments are agreed upon with the customers based on the project completion time.

Except last installment (which is due at the time of the key handover) all installments has to be paid “in time” to enable us in finishing your construction project “in time”.

Full project advance payment is eligible for a 1% discount on the total cost of the project.
